We’ll begin our day by admiring the breathtaking sunrise over the Erg-Chebbi dunes before enjoying breakfast and heading back to the village of Merzouga. From there, our journey continues to the ancient city of Rissani, a historic center on the old caravan routes, known for its traditional market and its role as the origin of Morocco’s current royal family. If our visit falls on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday, we’ll have the chance to explore this authentic Moroccan souk.

Afterward, we travel through the scenic Draa Valley, passing Agdez and the vast black desert dotted with Acacia trees, offering stunning views along the way. By the afternoon, we will reach Ouarzazate and check into our accommodations.

After breakfast at your accommodation, you will resume your 5-day Fes desert round trip, embarking on a magnificent journey along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Here, you’ll find a multitude of Kasbahs towering over the lush palm groves. Among them is the beautifully restored Kasbah Amredhil, where you can explore its charming museum filled with ancient farming tools and artifacts.

Continuing through the picturesque Valley of the Roses, you’ll arrive at Kel’aa M’gouna, famous for its cooperatives producing cosmetics from the valley’s fragrant flowers.

After a brief detour, you’ll venture into the stunning Dades Valley, where lunch will be served amidst spectacular landscapes. The journey then takes you to the majestic Todgha Gorges, where you will spend the night in a cozy guest house with breathtaking views of the valley.
